Returns & Refunds
We’re committed to giving you a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. While we do our best to deliver high-quality, well-packed products, we understand that issues can sometimes occur.
When Can I Return or Get a Refund?
We only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Wrong item sent: You received something different than what you ordered.
- Product has a manufacturing defect: There’s a clear issue with the way it was made (note: design preferences or slight variations don’t qualify).
📌 We do not accept returns if the product is delivered correctly and without damage.
How to Request a Return
If your product falls under the reasons above, here's what to do:
- Email us at tiedwithjoy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Attach 2 photos:

- One showing the damaged or defective part
- One showing the full product
Our Quality Team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
What Happens Next?
If your return is approved:
- We'll arrange a free pickup from your address within 2-3 working days.
- The item reaches our warehouse in around 7-10 days.
- Once we inspect and approve the item, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 days. The money will reflect in your account shortly after.
A Few Important Notes:
- Make sure the product is unused and returned in original packaging (with tags, invoice, accessories, etc.).
- Color or slight design differences seen on screen vs real product do not qualify as defects. Screen brightness and lighting can affect how things look.
